Yummy. Tasty. And Super Easy White Bread Recipe.

I am excited to tell all of you the great news!  I have FINALLY learned to bake bread.  I am officially a great wife and  mother!!  LOL.

Thanks to my Kitchenaid, this whole thing has become a whole lot easier!

Here's my recipe:

7 cups all-purpose flour
2 Tbs sugar
3 1/2 tsp salt
3 packages active dry yeast
1/4 cup butter, at room temperature
2 cups warm water (120 degrees F)

Place 5 cups flour, sugar, salt, yeast, and butter in mixer bowl.  Mix with dough hook for about 30 seconds.  slowly add warm water and mix for about 2 minutes longer.

Add remaining flour slowly, and mix until dough clings to the dough hook and leaves the sides of the bowl.
Knead on Speed 2 for 3 minutes.  Cover dough with plastic wrap and a towel, and let rest for about 20 minutes.

Divide dough in half and form into 2 loaves.  Place in greased loaf pans, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate 2 to 12 hours.

When you're ready to bake, preheat your oven to 400 degrees.  Uncover the dough and let stand at room temperature 10 minutes.  With a sharp knife, cut a slit down the center of the dough.  Brush with butter.  Bake for 35 to 40 minutes.  Remove from pans immediately and cool on wire racks.

With love this stuff with Trader Joe's Creamed Honey or Strawberry Jam!  YUM!!

PS:  This is the same bread recipe I used to create these bad boys...

More on that deliciousness later...
